Bell has an opening for a Strategic Campaign Integrator in the Fort Worth, TX headquarters.  We are seeking candidates who are working or have worked in advertising agencies that manage large volumes of clients simultaneously  (as that is very similar in nature to this role for Bell) 

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, integrating and project-managing impactful marketing communications campaigns to deliver real results. Serving all areas of the business as an in-house agency, we are looking for an experienced account executive who thrives on scoping, recommending, developing, executing and measuring projects and campaigns.  This person will lead cross-functional projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a highly skilled and trusted strategic project management professional who influences strategy and flawlessly executes integrated campaigns and their supporting tactics on brand, on time and on budget
  • Develop, integrate and execute multi-channel marketing and brand campaigns to support strategic business goals
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and functions, helping them achieve their strategic pursuits
  • Provide day-to-day exemplary project management for marketing communications, advertising and campaign initiatives to our Military, Commercial and Enterprise business partners/stakeholders
  • Create integrated marketing communications campaigns for a variety of Bell business strategies that deliver impact and net positive results
  • Collaborate with broader communications team to plan and execute advertising and marketing communications strategies that support and extend brand positioning initiatives
  • Create and provide project briefs to drive outcomes directly supporting campaign efforts and keep stakeholders informed about project progress throughout the scoping/developing/deployment/evaluation process
  • Establish, execute and maintain an integrated global advertising strategy across all relevant channels to reach desired target audiences
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
  • Facilitate across departments and functional work teams to ensure message integration, consistency and successful delivery
  • Conduct regular meetings with business partners, keeping them informed about active projects and to gather their feedback on project efforts
  • Lead kick-off, reviews, approvals, and schedule management for all project initial, interim, and final deliverables
  • Analyze trends and implement industry best practices to develop appropriate marketing mediums that drive increased demand and command premium brand positioning
  • Analyze results, spot trends, re-prioritize and refine processes as needed to produce desired results
  • Work with internal creative and content teams to develop the assets needed specific to the tactic/strategy being executed
  • Complete other projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in business management, marketing, advertising, communications preferred or equivalent degree

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency role managing projects and clients to deliver marketing and brand work experience in Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy
  • Must have experience in setting campaign objectives, defining targets, identifying  audiences, KPI’s, timing for engagements, and design communications.  Additionally, setting/managing budgets, selecting marketing and advertising channels, tracking metrics, and optimizing strategy based on performance data  
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects and achieve goals through indirect influence
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with limited resources
  • Optimistic, team player desire, passion, and motivation to provide a superior brand experience
  • Goal oriented self-starter that is comfortable in a highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
  • Resourceful and responsive to change

  • 10% travel
