Description

Dallas-based PR & social media marketing agency seeks strategic, driven and creative social media account executive to join our nationally recognized “no-jerks” culture. Located in the Design District, the growing, award-winning agency serves national, regional and local food, restaurant, retail, franchise and lifestyle brands. 

 SPM’s Social Media AE will:  

  • Interface with clients and provide them with social media expertise and solutions 
  • Stay abreast of emerging social and digital trends and platforms  
  • Lead community management for multiple national client accounts 
  • Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate complex social/digital concepts  
  • Manage and execute paid social media campaigns 
  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns 
  • Develop engaging copy and content, including photography, photo editing and graphics 
  • Support social strategy recommendations and campaign execution  
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients across a range of industries and skill levels 
  • Execute measurement/reporting metrics across digital programs and platforms  

The requirements to be a social media account executive at SPM Communications are: 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field from a four-year accredited college or university 
  • A minimum of two years’ social agency experience  
  • Expertise in social, digital and SEO and as well as constant pulse on emerging trends and technologies  
  • Proven expertise in developing successful social campaigns using the PESO method to maximize results 
  • Strong content marketing/visual story telling skills 
  • Graphic design experience a plus  
  • B2C experience preferred  
  • Basic understanding of PR and how it relates to social media 
  • Able to work across multiple accounts 
  • Able to grasp new concepts, adjust quickly and provide strategic, insightful thinking 
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients across a range of industries and skill levels
