Peloton Land Solutions is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in our Fort Worth office who is organized, accountable, and demonstrates responsibility for meeting deadlines. Members of our team are expected to be self-starters who develop creative solutions to everyday challenges and be adaptable to a rapidly changing daily tasks.


  • Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals of all sizes, working directly with technical staff
  • Schedule and participate in SOQ production meetings including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and other meetings as necessary
  • Coordinate production of SOQ’s including design, printing, binding and assuring delivery to client
  • Writes and/or edits text for marketing materials
  • Supports the Marketing Manager, Business Development Managers, and other staff with administrative tasks and other brand building duties
  • Maintenance of company website and creation of social media content
  • Populate/update business development-related tools and databases
  • Coordinate/provide direction to internal team, coordinate and exchange information with teaming partners and subconsultants
  •  Become a technical expert regarding internal project information and staff resume writing
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate technical ideas and concepts into visual output for use in proposals and presentations
  • Assist in planning and production of client events and internal event planning
  • Other duties as assigned



A strong candidate possesses:

  • Bachelor’s or associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of A/E firm experience preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, especially InDesign
  • Proficiency in MS Office products is required
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced deadline driven environments
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
