CloudRadial (www.cloudradial.com) is a growing software startup and the first Account Management Automation Platform designed specifically for MSPs (managed service providers) and Microsoft CSPs (Cloud Solution Providers). Our solution provides our partners and their clients with a cloud portal of IT insights, reports and support tools.
You will drive marketing efforts to our target market, showcasing the value that CloudRadial delivers. The right fit for this position will possess excellent writing skills, knowledge of developing buyer personas and a desire to excel in mapping content in the steps of our buyers’ sales journey. Most importantly, this role requires a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. You should be a self-starter with an interest in technology, a love for copy-writing and savvy in A/B testing, optimization and analysis.
Your specific duties will include the creation of marketing assets that showcase CloudRadial’s value to MSPs and Microsoft CSPs. These materials will be used for lead generation, product demonstrations, the sales process and product education. We will track results and continually review to improve processes on a regular basis.
