Summary:

The Marketing Communications Manager is an integral part of the Alluma Marketing Team.  In this role, you will plan effective go-to-market tactics and campaigns for Alluma, a pharmacy benefits management (PBM) company.  You will write and edit client and member communications, ensuring Alluma Brand Guidelines are met in communication pieces and sales enablement content pieces. You will complete monthly Client Executive Summary and Quarterly Client Insight reports.  You will define and develop campaigns for Alluma designed to increase client adoption of Alluma and enhance client and member satisfaction. In partnership with colleagues, you will also create and deploy compelling marketing content and enablement deliverables in a variety of formats, including the Allumaco.com website built on the HubSpot platform. We are looking for a creative marketer with expertise in PBM and/or pharmacy B2B marketing, or other B2B marketing experience with the ability to provide support from planning to execution for stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will report to the Associate Vice President, Solutions Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Associate Vice President (AVP), Marketing, with campaign designs and implementations.

  • Develop and implement marketing tactics for PBM, including presentations, collateral, and thought leadership content to support targeted sales campaigns.

  • Manage website updates through HubSpot CRM.

  • Manage marketing campaign targeting and contacts management and sales support via HubSpot.

  • Serve as daily marketing point of contact with PBM team to provide support for ad hoc requests.

  • Create effective value messages using appropriate communication channels for B2B customers that drive action.

  • Oversee social media presence and engaging content to drive interest.

  • Support campaign expectations related to “on-time and “on budget” execution.

  • Monitor and report campaign performance in collaboration with research and intelligence teams.

  • Build and strengthen collaborative working relationships throughout marketing and communications.

  • Engage with business and marketing stakeholders as needed.

  • Apply understanding of products / solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred.

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in Marketing required.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, or other similar CRM experience.

  • Ability to work with agencies (internal and external).

  • Effective budget management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and excellent writing and interpersonal skills desired.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$57,900.00 - $83,900.00
