Parkland seeks an organized, proactive candidate with excellent oral and written skills to help develop and execute Parkland’s digital communications activities that promote the visibility and positive image of Parkland, its work and mission in the community.
This position requires strong writing and editing skills and solid understanding of how messaging and content support branding and marketing communications goals.
Duties include developing and executing digital activities such as internet tools, website, social media, e-newsletters, apps and intranet. Daily promotes events, news and information about Parkland and ensures that these are communicated effectively and efficiently through digital communication channels. Maintains and grows accounts on different social media platforms, engaging audiences through frequent posting of unique, dynamic content. Adapts existing content, creates new content and takes pictures as needed. Leverages measurement tools to mine insights for continual growth and improvement. Excellent customer service skills required.
