Communications Administrative Assistant – Richardson, TX
We are looking for a motivated, energetic and detail-oriented professional to support our Communications team. This role will occasionally support the operations manager and the CEO’s executive coordinator. Typical activities will include updating brochures, ordering supplies, maintaining our print room, preparing expense reports, assisting with events and mailing collateral. This person will also contribute to our team’s internal and external communications efforts through excellent written communication skills, digital content publishing and basic graphic design knowledge. The ideal candidate has a marketing or communications background.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to become proficient in InDesign

  • Practice confidentiality, professionalism and good judgement in a diversity of situations
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Marketing experience in an A/E/C consulting firm is a plus
