We are searching for our next rock star Account Executive to join our energetic team and directly support several accounts. This position offers incredible hands-on experience with a diverse portfolio of accounts (retail, healthcare, legal, technology, non-profit, and more!), in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes thorough and timely research for audits, new business and other requests
• Assists with quality analysis checks for creative and website deliverables
• Helps ensure creative and website projects meet scope and creative brief requirements
• Tracks and updates project status using project management tools
• Assists with preparation of presentation materials
• Creates meeting agendas
• Writes meeting recap notes and can ascertain what is noteworthy
• Drafts client-ready communications
• Updates weekly client status/hours reports
• Assists with drafting monthly client reports
• Develops client status reports, meeting agendas, internal summaries and reports

 

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related-field
• 2 - 4 years full-time agency experience required
• Adept at both written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Skilled in time management and prioritization
