Overview of Role:

The Account Director is responsible for leading accounts and developing new business to contribute to the agency’s growth and long-term client relationships. In this role, the Account Director will be working as part of the Client Services team to deliver strategic and creative work that meets client goals for brand-building, lead generation and thought leadership. An emphasis will be placed on the ability to deliver innovative ideas, develop strong client relationships, support sales activities, manage budgets and achieve consistent profitability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong written communications skills and proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English or a related field
  2. Portfolio of work representing 7-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR or similar; agency experience preferred.
