Our Fort Worth-based PR/Communications team within the Marketing Group is seeking a skilled database analyst and communicator for full-time employment, primarily to manage and populate the firm’s client contacts, personnel updates and images in the various databases maintained by marketing. The responsibilities of this position include regular updates of client contacts based on external membership lists and directories; timely update and addition of client contacts from existing and new employees; timely update of personnel certifications, education, membership, etc. on the firm’s Intranet page and BST database; and ability to pull and cull mail lists for specific client outreach communications.

In addition, this role is responsible for input and management of the firm-wide image database. Secondary responsibilities also include coordination with the firm’s CRM Database Manager, website maintenance and client outreach emails via Constant Contact. This position requires the ability to review and revise large amounts of data, work in a deadline driven environment, and communicate with staff across technical and corporate groups. Understanding of database systems and websites is required. Overall marketing and communications skills are required for writing and editing of internal and external company materials. Ability to review and translate data into company reports is also key.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field PLUS five years’ experience minimum. Candidates with relevant A/E industry experience are highly preferred.

Additional requirements include:

  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and PhotoShop, preferred.
  • Knowledge of database platforms (SQL, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365, Intranets, BST, Cosential)
  • Website management skills and knowledge of content management systems (Drupal, WordPress)
  • Basic photography skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work professionally with internal and external clients
