The eCommerce Manager for be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for optimizing content and merchandising on coopercomplete.com
  • Managing e-commerce digital merchandising strategy and execution
  • Teammate will be onsite 40 hours per week
  • Will report to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications with primary responsibilities to support to CooperComplete.com
  • Create customer retention and cross-sell opportunities enhancing content
  • Ensure each product description is current and accurate
  • Synthesize data-driven monthly reporting with analytical recommendations for action steps to improve results
  • Recommend strategies to improve search engine results for both organic and paid traffic
  • Create new selling strategies and models (subscriptions, bundles, exclusives, custom products, etc.) to grow revenues
  • Measure and analyze consumer adoption of site merchandising strategies and iterate to increase revenue and conversion
  • Prioritize merchandising initiatives by collaborating with marketing to identify highest ROI initiatives
  • Liaise with internal and external IT partners to support website functionality and services
  • Actively engage with all testing and testing scenarios for website
  • Manage online research and optimization efforts including usability research, customer experience monitoring and multivariate (A/B) testing to improve website performance, site conversion and user experience
  • Additional digital marketing-related duties as assigned

 

  • A blend of analytical and creative skills
  • 3-5 years e-commerce experience
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress and Woo preferred
  • Demonstrate integrity and maturity with a constructive approach to challenges
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
