The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with company leaders to conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated brand-focused marketing plans across various channels. By working with advanced, industry-leading marketing automation tools, our goal is to support business growth and create consistent brand awareness. We work as a team to ensure long-term success and deliver solutions that our customers can count on.


  • Research and create relevant “thought leadership” content and distribute among various marketing channels
  • Develop trusted and synergetic relationships with Salesforce and other channel partner Marketing Coordinators
  • Understand and present Salesforce and other technology solutions through marketing channels
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches from Salesforce and other technology partners
  • Accurately manage, maintain, and update CRM and marketing automation systems with quality data
  • Publish online content independently and in conjunction with Website Developer
  • Create modern and professional infographics and other graphic-based content
  • Provide accurate ROI reporting and analytics of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience and brand visibility
  • Consult and provide marketing services to clients and third-party companies in a similar capacity, if required
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Have a passion for professional storytelling, branding, and marketing of business and technology services
  • Experience managing and organization of marketing content and media in all forms
  • A minimum of one year of creative writing and content creation experience for a professional organization
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience with graphic design and digital content creation with modern, professional standards and styling
  • Experience with industry standard market research, sales and marketing strategies
  • A minimum of one year with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, with ability to pass a federal background check and drug test
  • Ability to preserve confidential and sensitive customer and company information
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 55 words per minute
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, on occasion



  • Exceptional with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Must possess strong time management skills, be punctual, and reliable while adjusting changes in priorities
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Highly-developed editorial judgement, including spelling, punctuality, and grammatical accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with stakeholders regularly via email, phone and in-person in a timely manner.
  • Must have high moral and ethical standards, be trustworthy, honest, and have a high regard for integrity, reliability, and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and ability to understand business process across many industries
  • Ability to speak and write accurately and elegantly about technical software offerings and our solutions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate proper business etiquette
  • Self-starter, confident, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently or in a group
