Responsible for internal communications initiatives within Children’s Health. Creates, manages, and implements communications campaigns with the goal of enriching Children’s Health communications with employees, physicians and contractors. Maintains strong relationships with key individuals throughout the organization. Develop strategic communication plans for initiatives, issues and events with enterprise-wide scope and high complexity that affect employees of hospital.
Effectively communicate hospital mission/vision, key messages and positioning to achieve business objectives.
Build strong effective relationships with peers, vendors, and internal partners in a manner that represents Children's positively and fosters collaboration that will deliver effective communications.
Assess communication needs among employees throughout hospital. Interact with hospital employees and evaluate communication effectiveness.
